Lori Hofman promoted to General Sales Manager

Dalton Motors is proud to announce the promotion of Lori Hofman as General Sales Manager at Dalton Subaru National City!
Lori’s story starts from the ground up. During high school, she entered the Automotive Industry as Management Assistant for a local car dealer. She learned the ins and outs of communications by landing her first official role as receptionist. Hofman excelled at communications and transitioned to the Used Car Consignment Program, which routed her into the Coordinator of Used Vehicles Reconditioning.

The company she worked with soon branched into a smaller Luxury brand and she was invited to become a manager, but it would require her to be a Sales Associate at a different company for at least 2 years. Lori
obliged, and her experience as a Sales Associate paid off; she was offered the position at the luxury brand
store as a Leasing Manager, then she transitioned into a Finance Manager position.

Lori spent a decade working as a Representative for Automotive Lending where she became an expert on
the entire San Diego Automotive Scene. Toyota then reached out to Lori to become their new Special Finance Manager and then was promoted to Sales Manager.

3 Fun Summer Activities You Can Drive to Near National City, CA

The Stein Family Farm

Enjoy the ride as you safely maneuver the road’s twists and turns thanks to the improved chassis on your new 2024 Subaru Impreza. This volunteer-run farm was originally a working farm owned by an immigrant German farmer, Charles Stein, and his wife, who lived there with their five children in the 1900s.

The museum was once a charming Victorian farmhouse but now displays antique farm equipment. Most of your day will be spent either in the orchard or meeting the farm’s animals, who include Chip and Oreo, two mischievous Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats, Blanca, the white Leghorn hen, Lucy, Bobbi, and Ethel, a trio of curious emus, Durango the mini donkey, and Rosey and Willa, two pigs from New Zealand.

The 2023 Subaru Outback offers outdoor enthusiasts a comfortable ride, great ground clearance, and plenty of cargo space. At the same time, it offers families a sensible and comfortable car with advanced safety features.

5 Reasons Drivers Love the 2023 Subaru Outback

1. Advanced Safety Technology

The standard trims on the Subaru Outback all come with advanced safety technology. For example, there is the standard forward collision warning, automated emergency braking, and lane-keeping assist. It also comes with standard adaptive cruise control. There are available safety options like blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alerts, as well.

2. Better Visibility

Subaru leveled up their game with the windows in the Outback. This matters a lot when you’re concerned about visibility in extreme weather conditions in the mountains. It also matters a lot if safety is a top concern in general, like for those with families.

The windows in the 2023 Outback were designed to eliminate blind spots. They did this with the front triangle windows and the large side window in the back. The 9.5 inches of ground clearance will also make it easier for drivers to see.

At Dalton Subaru, we believe that taking care of our planet is one of the most important things we can do. And, that’s why we recently partnered with the San Diego Subaru Enthusiasts (SDSE) to help promote environmental education by organizing an Earth Day beach cleanup at Fiesta Island.

Not only did the event take place on Earth Day, it was an excellent example of how we all can come together to make a positive impact on our environment. We started early in the morning and, with the help of SDSE, spent 3 hours with a crew of enthusiastic individuals picking up 1,160 pounds of trash!

With our comprehensive selection of new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles, Dalton Subaru is proud to offer eco-friendly and fuel-efficient vehicles that help make preserving our planet easier and more convenient. So when the chance arrived to join the San Diego Subies in an Earth Day beach cleanup, we were thrilled!
