My sales rep was Nancita W., and her knowledge of all the models and features was fantastic. I had never owned/ridden in one before and was looking for a "compact" type SUV. (I had stopped by 4 other nearby brand dealerships prior to stopping here as well.) We looked at several new models and test drove them. When I asked about certified used vehicles, she hunted them down on the lot to show me and discuss features. She knew these vehicles inside and out and her passion and knowledge as a long time Subaru owner really sold me. I had not at all expected to buy that day, and in fact, had planned on negotiating any vehicle I was interested in from home but I felt so comfortable with Nancita (who also guided me through a lot of the paperwork) that I really wanted to do the deal with her, for a new 2024 vehicle on the lot. I can't recommend her enough! She even introduced me to the service team and walked me to the service area so I would know where to go and what to expect for my first oil change! And also prepped my car to perfection when I picked it up and had the seat adjusted lower, which I had made a casual comment about earlier in the day. It's these small details of customer service that probably impressed me the most. And shout out to Jimmy in management and Jay in Finance who made me feel comfortable and were patient with my questions.
